Monsters seem to stop giving experience around level 11(2). The path I had planned had me completing the Chapter 1 sidequest 'In the Claws of Madness', where you fight a bunch of wraiths in an abandoned asylum. I havent seen anything on what level I should be trying to reach in each chapter to hit 35. So if anyone has any idea why I didn't reach level 35 in my playthrough (even though I gave my best effort to do everything possible), or maybe if anyone could give me some XP gaining tips I would very much appreciate it. I looked up all available items, potions, and paths available, how many side quests could I complete to get as close to max level before the final fight, and which areas I needed to avoid altogether. How? How do you get to level 35? I've been looking around the old forum posts all over the place, where people were saying that they got to like level 28 mid-way through Chapter 2 and I just don't understand how that is even remotely possible. On Roches path i guess you can arm wrestle, not sure if the harpy nest is there, its a great place to farm. However, theres something I feel lacking with the experience, and I think it has to do. You can farm the nekkers in act 1 and harpies in act 2 Iorverth. On a technical level, this game is superior in every way from the first. With lots of orens you can buy better equipement. Here's The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings gameplay captured on GIGABYTE GEFORCE RTX 4080 Eagle OC 16GB to celebrate game's 12th year since relasePC RTX 4080. But somehow at the very end of the game I just made it half way to level 34. Grinding is more for loot and orens then levels. This patch upgrades the 2011 release version of the. My playthrough took give or take 45 hours, I've done literally every single side quest that the path I chose allowed, didn't skip a corner, a single inch of this world, killed every little basterd mob (backtracked several times a lot of locations, to not miss any loot either), talked to every single NPC, everything, I wanted to see it all and reap the rewards. Also, note that this patch is NOT FOR THE ENHANCED EDITION, as it already is on this patchs level (3.0). I've played on Normal, which I have no clue if it influences the XP rate or whatever, so if anyone knows anything about that I'd love to know how that works. I just got the achievment through fighting in the Arena mode, but I'm still interested about this, because I'd like to actually make it to lvl 35 in the next playthrough.
